I visited Sterling yesterday (3/9/21) for a hearing exam and my experience was excellent (despite the fact that my hearing is not as great as I wish it were). The office is excellently located and the ambiance is very calming. Debbie, the Office Admin at Sterling, greets you with a smile that makes you think: "Ok... I already like this place!" Dr. Girouard is really good at what she does and gives you the kind of attention that makes you feel like you are her only patient. She asks several questions and takes the time to listen to your answers as well as your own questions. She is very knowledgeable, personable and warm. In summary: I highly recommend Sterling!
